A build order, not a wish list.
Five phases with a deliverable at the end of each. You can stop after any one of them and still own something that works.
Discovery
A working session with the people who do the job today. We map the process, the systems and the cost of the current state, then write it down so we agree on the problem before quoting a solution.

Strategy
Architecture, data model, integration list and a phased plan with fixed prices per phase. You get a build order, not a wish list.
Technical plan · Timeline
Build
Weekly builds in a staging environment you can click through. Short written updates, no status theatre, and scope changes priced before they happen.
Staging builds · Weekly notes

Data migration, cutover plan, training for your team and a monitored first week with someone on call.

Scale & Support
SLA-backed support, iteration on what usage data reveals, and infrastructure tuning as volume grows.

Fewer abandoned calls
Northlane Ops
Logistics SaaS · United States
Support handled 1,900 inbound calls a month with four agents. Average pickup was 3 minutes and 31% of calls were abandoned before anyone answered.

An MSSP in Melbourne ran outbound from spreadsheets. Data went stale weekly and nobody could tell which channel produced the pipeline.

Plant scheduling lived in three spreadsheets and a whiteboard. A single change took an hour of phone calls to propagate across shifts.

Client retention
Plain feedback from people who signed the invoice.
“They asked to sit in on our support calls for two days before writing a line of code. The agent they shipped handles the calls the way our best rep does, because they actually watched her work.”
“We had been quoted twice as much by a bigger firm for half the scope. What we got back was documented, tested, and our own developer picked it up in a week.”
“The weekly staging build changed everything. We caught a wrong assumption in week two instead of at launch, which is the only reason we hit the date.”
“Eleven clinics live in five weeks with no downtime at the front desk. Our office managers still talk about how quiet the rollout was.”

Started because the handover never came.
3idhMinds began after our founder spent two years inside operations teams that had paid six figures for software they could not change. The code was fine. The relationship was the problem: no documentation, no access, no way out.
So we built the opposite. Every engagement ends with your team holding the repository, the infrastructure and a written explanation of how it works. If you never call us again, the system still runs.
Today we are a small senior team serving clients in the USA, Canada and Australia across logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, security and professional services.
Notes from the build.

AI agents that survive contact with customers
Most agent demos fail in production for the same three reasons. Here is the escalation design we ship with every voice deployment.

Outbound infrastructure you own

Internal tools are a margin decision
Custom software is usually framed as a cost. In operations-heavy businesses it is closer to a pricing lever.
